We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking a bilingual temp Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for individuals that work professionally and positively with our staff and clients. Applicants must be personable, motivated, and well-spoken for the receptionist and administrative assistant roles.

Responsibilities :

• Answering a multi-line phone system.
• Assist attorneys with duties.
• Preparing documents.
• Processing paperwork.
• Requesting documents.
• Processing mail.
• Scanning and uploading documents.

Qualifications :

Available full time (9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm)

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Bilingual (Spanish and English).

Willing to learn and take on responsibilities.

Professional demeanor.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Previous reception experience is preferred.
