Join Our Dynamic Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN)!

Are you ready to enhance your nursing career with a role that offers variety, challenge, and growth? As a crucial member of our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while rotating between various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Position Details :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Hours : Full-Time, 36 hours per week
Flexible Scheduling : Self-Scheduling with minimal holiday rotation
Weekend Commitment : 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000!

What You'll Do :

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining high clinical standards.

Participate in ongoing assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients.

What We Need :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience preferred.

Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements (2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 Weekend).
