Job description3+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or field operations. Strong understanding of design-build processes and project delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable leading teams and collaborating across disciplines. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience — we value proven results just as much as formal education. If you have hands-on experience with precast, tilt wall construction, or distribution facilities , or you’ve managed complex design-build projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Lead design-build projects from concept through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare submittals, respond to RFIs, and interpret geo-technical reports.
- Contribute to estimating and early project planning.
- Mentor junior team members and share your expertise.
