About The Position
Job Title : PACU RN - Inpatient

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required.
License : Pending license accepted.
Certifications : BCLS, ACLS, PALS
Must-Have :
Level 1 trauma experience required.
Telemetry experience required.
Description :
No RTO 12 / 24-12 / 25.
No RQI certifications.
36 / 48 schedule required.
No locals within a 75-mile radius.
Pre / Post Cath lab procedures required.
Pre / Post Interventional Radiology procedures required.
COVID vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical.
Nurse to patient ratios : 1 : 2.
First-timers accepted upon screening.
Weekend requirement : One per month.
On-call requirement : Yes, 1-2 call overnight shifts monthly.
Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs.
Patient ratios may vary from 1 : 3 to 5.
No block scheduling accommodated.
Staffing and scheduling is self-scheduled.
Daily census : 35+ cases.
Services provided include surgery, anesthesia, and various specialties.
Unit nurses will float to the holding area in the department.
Highly recommend clinicians with Phase II PACU experience and accustomed to increased nurse to patient ratios.
Important to ensure travel compliance prior to start date.
Additional requirements may apply based on unit needs and policies.
