Senior Product Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and user experience of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design efforts for complex user workflows to ensure a seamless user experience

Project manage design work, including timelines, capacity, and priorities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact design solutions and conduct user research

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role

Experience delivering designs that result in significant measurable value

Solid understanding of design systems and data-driven decision-making

Proficiency in Figma with the ability to produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes
