Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and staff.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, residents, and staff.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
