Were hiring a Manager or Sr. Manager to lead customer and loyalty analytics for a fast-growing national food brand. This role will work with Marketing and Finance, focusing on the data behind guest behavior, visit frequency, check averages, and the effectiveness of our digital and loyalty initiatives. You will be the subject matter expert who helps us understand what drives guest acquisition, retention, and incremental revenue.
The work is highly analytical and commercially focused, not campaign management. Youll analyze transaction-level data, evaluate promotion and offer performance, and develop insights that help the business make smarter investment decisions. Experience working with loyalty programs, CRM data, guest lifecycle, or behavioral analytics is especially valuable.
