Senior Financial Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing actionable analysis to stakeholders

Act as a finance business partner to Service Line leaders, offering strategic financial guidance for pricing and project bids

Conduct operational and project performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred

Minimum 5+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience, ideally within a CRO or Life Sciences environment

Demonstrated success in project-based financial analysis and operational business partnering

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial tools like Adaptive Planning and BI tools preferred

Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities with the capability to synthesize data into actionable insights
