Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed real estate agents (MA or nearby states preferred)
  • Professionals passionate about commercial real estate
  • Self-starters who can build and manage their own book of business
  • Strong communicators and strategic negotiators

  • What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, list, and close commercial sales and leasing transactions
  • Guide investors, tenants, and owners through complex commercial deals
  • Conduct market research, valuation analysis, and financial modeling
  • Negotiate deals and provide strategic consulting to clients
  • Stay informed on market trends, zoning, and investment opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • What You Need

  • Active real estate license
  • Prior commercial or residential real estate experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own flexible schedule
