We are actively in search of a seasoned and detail-focused Accounts Receivable Analyst to become an integral part of our team, contributing significantly to the efficient management of our financial operations. The core responsibility of the Accounts Receivable Analyst position is to meticulously oversee and regulate financial transactions within PACE Supply, specifically concerning our AR portfolio. This role assumes a pivotal role in upholding the accuracy and timeliness of payment processing, diligently resolving discrepancies, and maintaining transparent and effective communication with our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and top-tier customer service to both internal and external clients, setting a high standard for satisfaction.
  • Foster positive and robust relationships through meticulous, transparent, and punctual communication, ensuring trust and collaboration.
  • Skillfully convey sensitive and occasionally intricate information to prospective customers, demonstrating professionalism and proficiency.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis, covering a range of responsibilities : Efficiently post payments and manage electronic communications, upholding data integrity.Expertly reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Compile and present detailed financial reports, offering insights into financial health.Scrutinize customer payment patterns to forecast and adapt to market dynamics.Conduct thorough process audits, driving continuous improvement and compliance.Collaborate closely with the General Accounting team to guarantee proper general ledger usage and precise payment application.
  • Lead and guide the efforts of direct reports, orchestrating their work to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
  • Facilitate weekly check-in meetings with direct reports to ensure alignment and bolster teamwork, fostering a cohesive environment.
  • Vigilantly monitor team compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines, promptly addressing deviations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Credit Manager in executing the annual performance management process, actively contributing to employee development.
  • Identify individual training needs and propose relevant development plans, reinforcing a culture of growth and skill enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years as an A / R analyst
  • Experience with high growth, fast changing environment
  • Proficient at learning new (and old) software systems
  • Proficent with Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Familiar with Cash flow forcasting

    Work Environment

    Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
