About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a robust, multi-channel sales strategy that is in line with the company's overall business objectives and revenue targets. This role requires full P&L responsibility for sales performance across various customer channels and the leadership of a high-performing sales organization. The Vice President of Sales will also be instrumental in overseeing revenue growth management, cultivating key customer relationships, and ensuring that commercial execution is in sync with the company's goals. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include leading business development efforts, designing and deploying sales training programs, and championing continuous improvement in sales operations. The role demands a strategic approach to market trends, competitive dynamics, and the identification of emerging opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, be adept at sales forecasting, and be able to provide strategic insights to the Executive Leadership Team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the company's broader goals. The Vice President of Sales will also be expected to represent the company at industry events and forums, as well as to personally lead or support the negotiation of high-value, strategic deals.
