About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Director for our Investment Banking division who will play a pivotal role in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions while providing strategic solutions that resonate with their goals. In this key position, you will focus heavily on business development—leveraging your networking skills to transform potential leads into valued clients.

Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the execution of transactions, guaranteeing that all deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest standards. You will mentor a team of professionals, driving them towards measurable revenue outcomes through effective leadership and innovative strategies.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and an MBA, coupled with at least 10 years of experience in investment banking or a comparable corporate finance field. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in middle-market investment banking. An entrepreneurial and metrics-driven mindset is essential, as is the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, and candidates must hold or actively pursue FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical and modeling skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure. Commitment to client satisfaction, a willingness to travel, and a proactive work ethic are crucial components of this role.
