👩‍⚕️ About the Role :

As Medical Director, you’ll oversee clinical operations for a growing hospitalist division. You’ll lead a team of dedicated pediatric hospitalists, work closely with our pediatric residency program, and collaborate with over 30 subspecialties and surgical departments. This position offers both leadership and hands-on care, with responsibilities including :

• Providing inpatient care across general pediatrics and intermediate care units
• Leading consult services and occasional clinic coverage
• Teaching and mentoring pediatric residents
• Developing departmental protocols and quality initiatives
• Managing physician scheduling and supporting a culture of excellence
