Senior Water Resources Project Manager

Our client, a reputable and growing engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a PE-licensed Senior Project Manager to join their Water Resources Engineering team in Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to lead stormwater, drainage, river mechanics, and erosion / sediment control projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects throughout the full lifecycle, including scope development, proposals, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
• Serve as primary client liaison and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, design, reports, specifications, and plan production.
• Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-discipline teams.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients.
