Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is a key player in our Estimating department, responsible for gathering statistics, rebuilding indexes, and overseeing account management and security. This role is essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly. As a Data Analyst, you will monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively resolve issues. Maintaining data integrity and consistency is crucial. We're looking for someone with an associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, software development, data analytics, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in systems or data. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, pay great attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy. We value self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team. If you have experience in construction or construction estimating and knowledge of Power BI or Destini Estimator, that would be a fantastic advantage. Join us in making a difference!

This position is fully onsite and based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and document data within the estimating department’s historical and current database.
• Design and develop the database to meet our needs.
• Manage updates and configurations of the Destini database.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within the database.
• Generate reports.
• Create and maintain thorough database documentation.
• Additional duties include collaborating with other departments and supporting estimating deliverables as needed.
