- Oversee and execute all marketing and community outreach efforts for Centennial East Goldfish Swim School
- Compile and populate engaging and entertaining social media content
- Build relationships and marketing partnerships with local organizations
- Oversee staffing and execution of in-person direct marketing events to generate interest and leads for Goldfish Swim Schools
- Oversee Goldfish social media influencer program and outreach
- Schedule and execute free water safety presentations with local schools, libraries and community centers
- Oversee execution of Goldfish Swim School quarterly marketing playbook
- Track KPIs for customer conversions
- Develop a monthly marketing plan to be presented to management and owners. Execute marketing plan and advise manager / owners on success / improvement opportunities
- Attend all corporate marketing meetings / call and execute corporate campaigns
- Identify new opportunities for driving awareness and growth via marketing

Who Will You Be Reporting To? General Manager, Jessica Sirovatka Pay
- 40,000 - $43,000 Pay is negotiable for highly experienced candidates
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and families
- Marketing education and or work experience preferred
- Creativity
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
