Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to support Ethicon Wound Closure & Healing Supply Chain Americas regional manufacturing operations as well as product costing for the global portfolio. This position will be based in Raritan, NJ.
The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business offers a broad range of products, platforms, and technologiesincluding sutures, surgical staplers, clip appliers, trocars, and synthetic mesh devicesthat are used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. Specialties include support for treatment of colorectal and thoracic conditions, women's health conditions, hernias, cancer, and obesity.
The Ethicon Supply Chain Finance organization provides exceptional business leadership to bring value throughout the global supply chain as part of Johnson & Johnson's MedTech sector. This position will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and controlling all finance & accounting related activities for the Ethicon Manufacturing sites in Texas, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Brazil as well as providing leadership to the product costing center of excellence based in Puerto Rico. This position will be a member of the Ethicon Americas Leadership Team. Responsible for providing financial support, leadership, guidance in the long-term strategy for this site.
Directs, coordinates, and controls all financial related activities at the regional manufacturing sites. Oversee and monitor investment evaluations and expenditures. Implement control methods for fixed assets and inventory. Ensure regional supply chain management achieves financial commitments. Counsel and support supply chain leadership to arrive at appropriate Credo based decisions. Direct the development of standard product cost based on specifications developed with production and planning personnel. Provides direct leadership and development for 11 person staff and indirect leadership of peer finance managers located at 4 manufacturing sites.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field. A MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial operations is preferred. Prior People management is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills is required. Supply Chain or Cost Accounting experience is required. Experience with SAP is preferred. This position will require up to 20% domestic and / or international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000-$212,750. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
