Job descriptionPrep work for painting cabinets, stucco, brick, doors & windows, & more Assist painter to make sure job is done right and on time Spray smaller items with experience Prepare surfaces to be ready to be sprayed CLEANING, SANDING, MASKING & TAPING (this is a BIG part of the job) Make sure equipment stays clean and in top shape Make sure job site and trucks look professional at all times Use of heavy ladders will be involved on exterior jobs Must feel comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs Learn the Spray-Net way Play your part in blowing the customers mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and its the best part of our job) Language : English Complete our online and on-site training program Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Pride in your work and ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST A team player Organized Enjoy making customers happy Not afraid of heights Ability to lift and move ladders Base hourly rate plus performance-based compensation Spray-Net tools provided Uniform Shirts provided by Spray-Net Bonus based on 5 star reviews Team camping trips IRA matching
