• Description : Opportunity for Coverage Needs for a Neonatologist in the Long Beach CA area Level IVProvider Inhouse shift coverage. Shifts outlined below : Weekday ShiftsM-F 8am -4pm day shiftM-F 3pm - 9am night shiftM-F 24 hour shift combining the two above Weekend Shifts : Friday at 3pm - Saturday 9amSat 9am - Sun 9amSun 9am - Monday 9amRate structure : Orientation Hours - 50 of standard rate OT over 40 hours / week Extra-Time standard rate. Holidays 1.25x Conversion rates 25K MD / DO max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdown
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Board Certified
