A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for providing quality service in a high-volume call center environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, providers, and clients regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status Navigate multiple systems and accurately document inquiries and actions taken using applicable software Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while managing a high volume of inquiries Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel / Word
