Patient Services Representative Ii

Shift / Time Zone : 9am-5 : 30pm, Monday through Friday

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities include :

• Interacting with patients to provide a welcoming and professional experience
• Collecting specimens for lab testing
• Ensuring quality of samples and proper documentation
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
