Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Composite Fabrication Specialist to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah.

Shift preference is granted to teammates based on their seniority. It is important to note that these positions may require a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule based on the business's needs.

Position Responsibilities :

Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks

Composite drilling and bonding

Tooling preparation

Machine set up and operation

Overhead crane operation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

3+ years of experience in manufacturing

1+ years of experience with composite layup

1+ years of experience in composite fabrication processes

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)

Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data

Experience with Contoured Tape Layup Machine

Experience with Radius Filler operations

Experience with AFGM processes

Experience with Quality operations

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range :

Experienced (Level C) : $57,800 - $78,200
