Table Games Dealer (PT / OC)

This position qualifies for a $500 signing bonus. $250 will be issued after the first 30 days and 80 hours worked. The remaining $250 will be given after the first 90 days and 240 hours worked.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Conduct and facilitate the game by providing rules of the game to participants, according to established requirements.
• Ability to calculate odds quickly and accurately to pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Ability to determine the appropriate chip denominations for cash received.
• Must be cognizant of the security of the game being played and notify appropriate members of Poker Room management of any irregularities and / or attempts to cheat while the game is being played.
• Provide our guests with fast, fun, friendly, joyful, focused service.
• Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team members and guest relations.
• Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and / or guests
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
