Accounting Manager-NetSuite

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager . This role will oversee the month-end close process, account reconciliations, and both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. The Accounting Manager will supervise two accounting staff and play a key role in financial reporting and inventory accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee daily operations of AP and AR
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain and improve inventory accounting processes
• Supervise, mentor, and develop two accounting team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
