Audit Manager

Base Salary: $120,000 – $165,000+ (DOE)
Location: Fresno, CA | Hybrid flexibility available

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of industries, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.

• Supervise, mentor, and train audit staff and seniors—fostering professional growth and accountability.

• Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and insight.

• Review financial statements and related deliverables with a keen eye for accuracy and value.

• Stay current on accounting and auditing standards, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

• CPA license required.

• 5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting (including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role).

• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• A positive attitude and collaborative mindset—someone who leads by example and enjoys mentoring others.
