Certifications and Licenses Required

Registered Nurse (RN) License – Active and in good standing in the state of practice

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – AHA or ARC approved

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification – Preferred but may be required depending on departmental needs

Job Description

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. What You Bring

Active RN license in the state of practice

Previous experience in a hospital setting, preferably in progressive care, step-down, or telemetry units

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts

Flexibility and adaptability to handle fluctuating patient needs

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred Education & Experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) – required

1+ years of experience in a hospital setting, especially in PCU, telemetry, or similar units

Experience working with diverse patient populations and complex cases

Knowledge of current nursing practices and protocols in cardiac and medical-surgical care
