Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the U.S., from pipeline strategy to offer close Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders to forecast headcount needs and build proactive, high-quality pipelines Collaborate with the Head of Talent to evolve recruiting strategy, interview process, and candidate experience for U.S. GTM hiring Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, focusing on GTM roles in high-growth tech or startup environments Deep expertise as a consultative business partner to leaders and hiring managers Proven track record of hiring top-performing GTM talent across multiple geographies and seniority levels Committed to equitable and inclusive hiring practices, and to building diverse teams by design Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
