Household Furniture is El Pasos largest and oldest family owned furniture store serving El Paso since 1945! We are hiring energetic and friendly professionals to serve as Retail Sales Associates. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling furniture, mattresses, and accessories through outstanding customer service in a fast-paced furniture Retail Sales environment. Sales experience is a plus, but No Sales Experience is necessary to apply!
COMPENSATION :
- Commission based with performance bonuses

Assist customers using the 5 Steps of SellingDemonstrate and explain feature and benefits of furnitureAccurately entering information in the point-of-sale systemHandling customer purchase paperwork and tracking ordersCommunicating with customer after the saleCommunicating effectively with other employeesHelp to maintain a clean, orderly working environmentOther duties as assigned, essential or otherwiseKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
High school diploma or equivalentMust have a CAN-DO attitudeMust be 18 years or olderRetail, Sales, or Customer Service experience preferredBasic computer skillsAbility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills in the English languageBilingual a plus!ck shelves and merchandise displays as neededUpsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer's experienceAnswer customer inquiries and provide information about products and servicesHandle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathyQualifications :
