What youll do

In this hands-on role youll make sure the business is doing what it says when it comes to managing risk and following rules. Youll lead structured assurance activities coach teams and influence better practices across the organisation. Your day will include :

• Running targeted control checks and formal audits to test key processes and risk controls.
• Analysing trends and systemic issues then working with business units to resolve findings and track remediation.
• Designing frameworks templates and dashboards to make assurance scalable and efficient.
• Preparing clear reports for senior leaders and the Board highlighting insights and recommended actions.
