Are you compassionate, action-oriented, and energized by helping others? Bluestar Moving Services, a division of Paxem, is seeking Pack & Move Associates to support seniors and families in DuPage and Kane Counties as they navigate major life transitions, including downsizing and relocating.

This flexible, part-time position offers deeply fulfilling work that brings comfort, structure, and peace of mind to clients during moments of change.

What You'll Do

As a Pack & Move Associate, you'll play a hands-on role supporting clients through life transitions. Responsibilities include :

Assisting clients and families with sorting and organizing household belongings

Safely packing items, including fragile items, valuables, and kitchenware

Unpacking and setting up new homes in a functional and welcoming way

Providing warm, friendly, and professional support to clients during emotional or stressful periods

Ensuring a safe and respectful work environment

Collaborating with team members to exceed client expectations

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel locally within DuPage and Kane County , including areas such as :

Naperville, Aurora, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove, Lisle, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Elgin, Carol Stream, West Chicago, and nearby communities

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly

Experience delivering excellent customer service

Friendly demeanor and strong verbal communication

Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Schedule & Flexibility

Hours : Vary by project; shifts typically range from 2 to 8 hours

Scheduling : Flexible; assignments may be given with short notice

Work Type : Hands-on, in-person work inside client homes
