Job Description :

The Business Analyst for IT Applications is responsible for leading the analysis design and implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams ensuring that application requirements are clearly defined documented and delivered effectively.

• Analyze organizational information challenges current processes and procedures; recommend and implement new processes that improve system efficiency productivity consistency controls and protocols across the enterprise
• Analyze business processes and turn into automated workflows
• Orchestrate and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze validate and document business requirements for IT applications
• Lead requirements workshops interviews and process mapping sessions
• Evaluate existing IT applications and recommend improvements or new solutions to optimize business processes
• Identify and resolve issues or gaps in requirements and processes
• Develop use cases user stories process flows and data models as needed
• Work closely with developers QA and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Validate applications to ensure the functionalities are working per designed
• Provide user support investigate and resolve issues of IT applications
• Adhere to IS change control procedures
• Create and maintain end to end business process functionality documentation for Microchip standard practices
