Key Responsibilities

Develop and revise project plans to meet changing needs and requirements

Manage services required for timely and high-quality implementation goals

Monitor customer issues and ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of Customer Service experience

Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product issues

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with implementation and data conversion
