Job Title : Visiting Nurse (RN) - Floating Territories

Schedule : Full-Time

Annualized Salary : $75,000 - $110,000 (paid per visit)

As a Visit Nurse, you will build meaningful 1-on-1 relationships, see your patients' progress and hit their goals, and stay happy and healthy in the comfort of their own home! All of our clinicians work in strategic "territories" to see clients (approx. 6 to 7 per day), and your goal in this position is to help out with patient load fluctuations across multiple territories.
