Job descriptionLead and manage every aspect of the development process, along with entitlement, partnerships, environmental impact, financial and technical Gain necessary financing, from a variety of sources, investors, grants, banks etc. Aid sales policies and review compliance Coach and develop sales associates within the team, through class room training as well as shadowing at meetings - overseeing relationships with clients Lead collaboration with other business units to ensure the successful execution of the sales process
This is an opportunity for a leading built environment and energy as a service organization, leading their operations based out of Seattle Washington. Addressing the climate crisis through improvements to energy efficiency within buildings.
We are looking for a Business Development Director to lead a team of 6 Sales Associates across the Seattle region.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals, selling energy as a service into Municipalities, Universities, Hospitals and Schools
- Extensive years in the MUSH market across Seattle
