At Mace we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cost and commercial management to work within our hospitality and entertainment sectors. Our team is looking to recruit a cost consultant with estimating experience who can provide full cycle cost management services for ongoing commissions across the Americas.

You’ll Be Responsible For :

Manage all aspects of cost planning, including ownership of and presentation of cost plans to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage the procurement process, ensuring stages including prequalification, inquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively.

Support the delivery of cost management services to deliver key strategic outcomes and KPIs, directly influencing the strategic development of plans.

Serve as a client-facing senior cost consultant lead who assists with strategic, tactical, and technical advice.

Manage and grow cost management teams or accounts.

Interface with clients and external and internal consultants at all project stages.

Conduct feasibility studies and produce procurement reports.

Produce ROMs for new and pipeline projects for a project budget to be based on.

Day-to-day cost management of medium- to large-scale client projects, including procurement, pay requests, change management and cost reporting.
