The Role :

As the Regional Sales Consultant - DC / MD / VA Region, your goal should be to satisfy your customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience. We are looking for positive self-starters and those who will build long-term customer relationships. Candidates must currently reside in Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for driving revenue across defined territory by nurturing established accounts and building new accounts
• Understand the key performance targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed all metrics within an assigned territory
• Regularly visit HCP offices, in person, within a defined sales territory to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals
• Utilize CRM for pre-call planning and post-call notes for effective territory management
• Partner with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and objectives
• Use own thorough knowledge of trends and key issues in the supplement field to identify relevant business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders in the industry to maximize growth potential
• Provide feedback to company's leadership team to develop service optimizations and educational tools for HCPs
• Develop educational programs for HCPs and distributor through in-person lunch and learns
• Travel regionally and nationally to conferences and professionally represent Researched Nutritionals
• Utilize internal resources to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
