Job descriptionLead a team and manage accounting and tax responsibilities. Maintain and analyze financial records and general ledgers. Compile and review financial statements. Assist with banking and client financial relationships. Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. Ensure accurate workpapers. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and profitability. Support evaluation and selection of accounting software. Design and implement accounting systems and process improvements. 5+ years of experience in public accounting. Previous experience as a Tax Manager. Strong accounting skills and experience reviewing financial statements. Knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, AP / AR, and other general accounting / finance practices.

Base Pay Range
$120,000.00 per year – $160,000.00 per year
