Job descriptionOperate and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, security). Support other Maintenance Specialists and Technicians as needed. Identify and prioritize building and facility maintenance concerns. Provide leaders with information on equipment and facility conditions. Assist with budget management and administration of maintenance contracts. Build and maintain trust with customers; listen and resolve issues affecting comfort and productivity. Evaluate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Electrical systems (including low-voltage control systems). Building construction and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting). Locks and keys. EPA / DEQ Certification in Proper Refrigerant Handling Physical Effort / Activities : May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
