Pay : Up to $32 per hour

Job Description :

Join our team as a Welder, focusing on welding and fabricating structural steel, particularly I beams, for the construction industry. You'll work in a dynamic shop environment, reading blueprints and performing welding tasks efficiently. While fitting and fabrication skills are preferred, they are not mandatory.

Responsibilities :

• Weld and fabricate structural steel, especially I beams.
• Read and interpret blueprints for precise welding operations.
• Ensure efficient and effective welding practices according to industry standards.
• Utilize flux core and MIG welding techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals.
