Sales Ops Coordinator (Traditional)

The Sales Operations Coordinator acts as the liaison between the Traditional Channel sales team and all internal departments. This individual supports all daily sales team requests and needs, to ensure in field efficiencies and that all internal support is provided to meet the needs of the business effectively.
Major duties and responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing emails, supporting phone calls, coordinating specific requests, partnering with commercial teams, liaising with credit department, supporting order entry app, receiving and entering prescription orders, generating special RA requests, coordinating weekly sales team conference calls, providing EDI / IDOC support, managing new brand approvals, managing portfolio, and liaising between the commercial sales team.
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 1+ years related work experience, strong PC skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and multi-task, attention to detail and accuracy, initiative, innovative thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and high priority on responsiveness.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, advanced SAP skills, past experience with retail or buying, and Microsoft Access experience.
