Vista America Challenger Fleet Flight Operations Manager - If you are ready to take on the next challenge in your pilot career, consider this position. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the management and support of the Challenger aircraft fleet. Maintain safety, efficiency, and service standards. This position will require relocation to Columbus, Ohio.

The Flight Operations Manager oversees the effective management and support of the fleet crewing and each pilot's welfare to meet and maintain safety, efficiency, and service standards, protecting and promoting the Vista America Brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

People Management Responsibilities

• Execute all performance management functions
• Ensure crew are calibrated with company goals
• Hold bi-monthly fleet meetings
• Execute all necessary time & attendance functions
• Quarterly 1-on-1 appraisal & review
• Reward & recognition for team members
• Effective talent strategy including internal changes & external hires
