Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury Experience Required

Work closely with responsible attorney to manage file once it goes into litigation; filing through E-Portal; oversee case investigation; schedule depositions, and summarize and maintain depositions and medical records : act as liaison between attorney and experts and, at times, serve as a liaison between attorney and client(s); prepare discovery requests to defendant and diary and track defendant's responses to discovery; prepare draft discovery responses / answers to defendants interrogatories; prepare draft witness and exhibit lists, pretrial stipulation and necessary pretrial filings; provide all necessary support to attorney leading up to and during trial. Strong computer knowledge and typing requirement. Strong organizational skills a must. Knowledge in automobile insurance helpful.
