• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with phone call every 3rd week
• See 15 - 16 patients per day in managed care setting
• Board-certified, board-eligible, or experienced GPs / ACNs considered
• Medicare Advantage experience preferred with some commercial mix
• Bilingual in Creole highly preferred for diverse patient population
