We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to elevate brand experiences through compelling visuals and strategic design systems. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with creative directors, writers, producers, and marketing professionals to concept and execute bar-raising creative that is customer-led and aligns with project briefs and stakeholder inputs. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining brand system guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. What You'll Do :Collaborate with creative directors, writers, producers, and marketing professionals to design exceptional, customer-led brand experiences.Concept and execute bar-raising creative within a larger team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives.Focus creative exploration to align with project briefs, stakeholder inputs, functional requirements, and timelines.Develop and maintain brand system guidelines, ensuring consistency across multiple marketing channels.Respond to creative briefs with fresh ideas and strategic design systems, demonstrating a design-thinking approach to problem-solving.Professionally present your work with enthusiasm, articulating both inspired creative vision and logical thinking.Contribute to a self-directed work environment, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.Required Qualifications :6+ years of design industry experience within an agency or in-house creative team.Demonstrated experience creating and / or developing brand identities and guidelines, along with familiarity working within established brand guidelines.Proven experience designing transformative interactive experiences through front-end user interfaces, narrative storytelling, systems thinking, prototyping, and creating production-ready assets.Experience collaborating closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers across organizational boundaries.Understanding of motion-related design elements.Strong grasp of the creative process, from ideation to implementation.Proficiency in design software including Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.Deep understanding of typography, design principles, trends, and best practices across digital and print.Advanced understanding of design fundamentals related to typography, grid, layout, and accessibility, as demonstrated through a professional-level design portfolio.Proven bias toward action and an ownership mindset, driving projects forward with initiative.Creative and pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Portfolio Requirements :Your portfolio must include :
