This is a hybrid role requiring a regular in-office presence to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Mission of the Position

The Senior Operations Financial Analyst will support Sport Clips Company Stores and Franchise Owners by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. This role is responsible for critical financial reporting, analysis, and operational support, while also taking on projects and ad hoc requests that drive efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
