Job description

We’re seeking a dedicated Claims Administrator to oversee the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate settlements while providing outstanding service to our partners.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and approve claims from claimants and distributors, exercising sound judgment up to your authorized settlement authority.

Communicate directly with claimants and distributors by phone, ensuring clear and effective coordination throughout the claims process.

Arrange for third-party inspections as necessary and collaborate with surveyors and carriers.

Submit claims to carriers and third parties for recovery, including negotiation and collection of funds.

Settle claims within your authorized recovery authority and ensure each claim is concluded efficiently.

Maintain organized and accurate claim files and records.

Comply with internal controls and company policies in all aspects of your work.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of administrative and customer service experience.

Bachelors degree required, auto industry experience a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Team player with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to reliable, regular attendance.

This is a hybrid role and required to attend onsite meetings in Pasadena, CA.

Pasadena, CA 91101 | 85% Remote | Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm | Open-Ended Contract

Pay Details : $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
