We are seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee and direct all day-to-day operations in the restaurant, establish and maintain Loaf Lounge standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
We expect the Manager to establish a culture of professionalism, kindness, and leadership, especially in times of stress, while working in concert with BOH management.
The FOH Manager will :
- Take an active role in hiring, terminating, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching
- Manage relevant ordering, invoicing, payroll and coordinating with the bookkeeper
- Ensure dining area stays in line with Loaf Lounge standards throughout service, managing temperature, music, and guest experience
- Coordinate continuous staff education and professional development opportunities
- Help establish and maintain Toast / POS systems and coordinate carryout / delivery
- Help establish and maintain beverage programs including alcohol, n / a beverage, coffee, and tea selections
- Participate in management meetings where business financial health is discussed and strategized
- Manage guest correspondence
- Help manage social media content, and create content for a newsletter
