Job Title : Phlebotomist

Must-Have :

• 3 years of experience in phlebotomy
• Experience within a clinical setting
• Ability to float within facility as needed
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and blood collection methods

Description :

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience.

Travelers must be available to work every other weekend.

No call duty is required for this position.

Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit.

If they pass, they will be sent to the manager for a final decision.

Max time off is 7 days.

If assigned during a major holiday, the traveler is expected to work.

Key holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

Full compliance is necessary to start on time.

Local candidates will be considered; they will receive the same rate.

Candidates must provide two supervisory references for consideration, preferred references being managerial level or above.

If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the traveler must be available to work two of the holidays.

No holiday time off can be requested if one or two major holidays fall during the assignment.

Candidates must be ready to submit core items and complete necessary labs promptly.

Modules will be completed during orientation and hours are factored accordingly.
