Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Maui, HI | Full-Time or Part-Time | Virtual or In-Person Live

About Us :

We are a growing outpatient practice on Maui, dedicated to meeting a critical need in our community by providing high-quality Physical, Occupational, and ABA Therapy services to children of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to make therapy services accessible to every child on Maui, while enabling our therapists to achieve the ideal work / life balance to truly enjoy the lifestyle that Maui has to offer.

With three state-of-the-art locations across Central, Upcountry, and West Maui, we are committed to expanding our reach and positively impacting more children's lives. Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care.
  • Assist families in obtaining appropriate AAC devices.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
  • Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.

    Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid state licensure (or eligible for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • At least 3 years of pediatric experience with strong clinical skills and a passion for feeding therapy and AAC
  • Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
