About the Role

The Vice President will be responsible for preparing strategic plans, annual budgets, and capital and leasing plans, as well as engaging in the sales and marketing process for the company's assets. A strong background in real estate asset management, particularly in the logistics or industrial sector, is highly desirable.
Applicants for the Vice President of Asset Management position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field, with a Bachelor's degree in a related area.
